The Pilot Plus shop is the in-house marketplace for Pilot Plus, selling any products that are attached or linked to Pilot Plus. The products we create are digital renditions of airports, for use on the Flight Simulator X-Plane, if others stated. Pilot Plus has innovative technologies and processes to create virtual airports that are both realistic and functional, all at an affordable price. Pilot Plus has been in operation since early 2016, with our first release of EGHI Southampton airport.
We will update products from time to time, any small updates to fix bugs found by us or users will be made available through the download area of your shop account. Users will be notified by email, and we commonly share on social media our latest news. For product update, general simulation, and Pilot Plus news, we post on the Pilot Plus Chat.
The software, after purchase, is provided on an ‘as is’ basis. In no event will Pilot Plus we liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages. Including but not limited to, loss of use, data or business interruption.
We take your privacy very seriously, all of your data is kept private and secure. When you make a purchase you provide your name, email, address, phone number and a password. We use this information to process your orders and personalise your shopping experience. This information is not shared with any outside of the Pilot Plus company. Our operators may be required to view this information when providing technical support. Credit card details are not saved, we use PayPal and Stripe Inc to process order payments. When placing an order, by having a Pilot Plus Shop account, you are subscribing to our email notifications for order status and newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time. If you would like all of your data to be deleted, that also includes your download links, please open a support ticket and one of our team will process that for you. We also use cookies to keep track of your current shopping session, this makes it easier for you to retrieve your last cart.
The software you buy is licensed for your personal and private use. This license does not give you ownership of the software, ownership rights and intellectual property rights remains with Pilot Plus.
You may not:
- Resell the application
- Share your license key
- Share your installer (downloaded after purchase)
- Dismantle or edit any file
- Manually remove any files after installation
- Share any file and/ or the software package installed as a whole
- Share your download link with anyone else
Violators will lose access to the product and licenses will be terminated.
No full refunds will be provided on any software purchase or update. All sales are final. Your receipt of the electronic or other forms of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance nor does it constitute confirmation of the sell. Pilot Plus reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason we see fit.
